From the city center of Oaxaca, head to the 'Terminal de Autobuses de Pasajeros ADO' located at Calle 5 de Febrero. Once there, look for the buses heading to the Xochimilco neighborhood. These buses are typically marked 'Xochimilco' or 'Xochi.' The journey takes about 30 minutes. After arriving at the Xochimilco bus stop, get off and head east on Prolongación de Porfirio Díaz until you reach the intersection with Dr. Gilberto Bolaños Cacho. The Parroquia de Santo Tomás Xochilmilco will be on your right at the corner.

Bicycle
If you prefer to bike, you can rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in Oaxaca. Start from the Zócalo and head south on Calle de Manuel García Vigil. Continue straight until you reach Avenida José María Morelos. Turn left and bike until you reach Prolongación de Porfirio Díaz. Turn right, and continue until you reach the intersection with Dr. Gilberto Bolaños Cacho. The Parroquia de Santo Tomás Xochilmilco will be directly ahead.

For those who enjoy walking, start at the Zócalo in Oaxaca. Head southwest on Calle de Manuel García Vigil, then turn left onto Avenida José María Morelos. Continue walking straight until you reach Prolongación de Porfirio Díaz, then turn right. Walk along Prolongación de Porfirio Díaz until you reach the intersection with Dr. Gilberto Bolaños Cacho. The Parroquia de Santo Tomás Xochilmilco will be at that intersection.
