From the Zócalo (main square) in Oaxaca, head southeast on Calle de Independencia. Walk for about 5 minutes until you reach the intersection with Calle Macedonio Alcala. Turn left onto Calle Macedonio Alcala. Continue walking for another 5 minutes. You will see the entrance to the Museum of Cultures of Oaxaca on your left at 1a. Cerrada de Macedonio Alcala.
