If you are starting from the historic center of Oaxaca, head towards the main street, Calle de Manuel Garcia Vigil. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida 5 de Febrero. Turn left onto Avenida 5 de Febrero and continue walking. After a few blocks, you will see the Zócalo (Plaza de la Constitución) on your right. The central square is a large open area surrounded by beautiful colonial buildings and is hard to miss.
