    From Puebla, head to the Estrella Roja bus terminal located at Calle 2 Norte 1401. There, purchase a ticket to Tzicatlacoyan. Buses run frequently, so you shouldn't have to wait long. The journey takes approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive in Tzicatlacoyan, exit the bus terminal and ask locals for directions to Cascada de Ahuehuetla. It is about a 30-minute walk from the bus terminal. Head east on Calle 5 de Febrero, then take a left on Avenida Juárez. Continue straight until you reach a small path leading to the waterfall.

  • Shared Taxi (Colectivo)

    Make your way to the shared taxi stand near the Capu bus station or the main square (Zócalo) in Puebla. Look for colectivos heading to Tzicatlacoyan. These shared taxis leave when full and are a quicker option than buses, taking around 45 minutes.
