If you are in Puebla's city center, start at the Zócalo (Main Square). From the Zócalo, head southeast on Avenida 2 Oriente towards Calle 16 de Septiembre. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Calle 2 Norte. Turn left onto Calle 2 Norte and walk for about 1 kilometer. You will see the Great Pyramid of Cholula rising in the distance. Continue straight on Calle 2 Norte, which will turn into Calle 4 Norte as you approach the pyramid. Once you reach the entrance to the archaeological site, you will be at the Great Pyramid of Cholula.

To reach the Great Pyramid of Cholula via public transport, go to the nearest bus stop from the Zócalo where you can catch a bus heading to Cholula. Look for buses labeled 'Cholula' or 'Puebla-Cholula.' The ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the Cholula bus station. From the bus station, walk towards the main road and head northwest on Avenida 16 de Septiembre. After about 600 meters, you will see the Great Pyramid of Cholula on your left. Follow the signs to the entrance.
