If you are in the Zona Romantica area, head north along the Malecón promenade towards the central plaza. When you reach the plaza, look for Calle Morelos and turn right. Continue walking until you reach Calle Perú. Turn left onto Calle Perú, and after a short walk, you will see Parroquia Nuestra Señora del Refugio on your right.
