If you are starting from the Plaza de Armas, head southeast along Calle 5 de Febrero. This street will lead you directly to the intersection with Avenida Constituyentes. Turn left onto Avenida Constituyentes and continue until you reach the intersection with Prolongación Independencia Sur. Turn right onto Prolongación Independencia Sur, and Plaza de los Fundadores will be on your left, just a short walk away (approximately 10-15 minutes).

From the main bus terminal, take the bus to Centro Histórico. Once you arrive at the Centro Histórico stop, walk towards Avenida Constituyentes. The entire journey including walking should take about 30-40 minutes.
