From the Plaza de Armas in Centro Historico, head south on Calle 16 de Septiembre. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida Ignacio Zaragoza. Turn left onto Avenida Ignacio Zaragoza, and walk for about 1 kilometer. You will see signs for Acueducto de Querétaro as you approach. The aqueduct will be visible on your right-hand side as you reach Calz. de los Arcos.

From Plaza de Armas, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Avenida 5 de Febrero. Take bus number 12 heading towards Bosques del Acueducto. The ride will take approximately 15 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Acueducto,' and you will find yourself right at the base of Acueducto de Querétaro.
