As you enter the town, continue straight on Avenida 30 until you reach the intersection with Avenida 5. Turn left on Avenida 5, and then take a right onto Calle 12. Follow Calle 12 until you reach the beach area. Emma Cove is located near the coordinates HWV2+FH, which can be found on your GPS or map app. Parking may be available near the beach, but be mindful of any local parking regulations.
Public Transportation (Colectivo)
From Cancun, you can take a colectivo (shared van) from the main bus terminal or any designated pickup point. Board a colectivo heading to Playa del Carmen; the fare is usually around 40-60 MXN (~2-3 USD). The journey takes about 1 hour. Once you arrive in Playa del Carmen, walk towards Avenida 30 and then follow the same directions as if you were driving, turning left on Avenida 5 and then right on Calle 12. Follow Calle 12 to reach Emma Cove.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from your hotel in Riviera Maya directly to Emma Cove. Ensure to confirm the fare before getting in; expect to pay around 300-500 MXN (~15-25 USD) depending on your starting location. The taxi driver should be familiar with the area, so provide them with the coordinates HWV2+FH for accurate navigation.
Bicycle
For a more eco-friendly option, consider renting a bicycle in Playa del Carmen. Many shops offer daily rentals for around 150-250 MXN (~8-12 USD). From the center of Playa del Carmen, head towards Avenida 30 and then to Avenida 5, following the same route to Calle 12.
