Car
If you're driving from Playa del Carmen, head southwest on Carretera Federal 307 towards Tulum. Continue on this road for about 40 kilometers. Once you reach Tulum, follow the signs for Coba and turn onto Carretera Coba. Continue on this road for approximately 20 kilometers, and you'll see signs for Punta Laguna on your left. Turn left and follow the road until you reach Punta Laguna 49, where the Spider Monkey and Nature Reserve is located.

Public Transportation
To reach Punta Laguna using public transportation, first head to the ADO bus terminal in Playa del Carmen. Purchase a ticket to Tulum. Once you arrive in Tulum, you can find shared taxis or colectivos (shared vans) that head towards Coba. Inform the driver that you want to visit Punta Laguna, and they will drop you off at the nearest point. From there, you may need to walk or hire a local taxi to take you to Punta Laguna 49 on Carretera Coba.
