From downtown Tijuana, head to the nearest bus stop and take the bus heading towards San Ysidro. Once you arrive at the San Ysidro bus terminal, go through the border crossing into the United States. After crossing, look for the MTS (Metropolitan Transit System) buses. Take the bus route 992 towards the Old Town Transit Center. Get off at the 'Cabrillo National Monument' stop. The monument is a short walk from the bus stop.
