Walking
If you are in downtown Tijuana, head towards Avenida Revolución. Follow this avenue until you reach the border crossing at San Ysidro. Cross the border on foot, which is marked and straightforward. Once you are in San Diego, California, walk towards the San Diego Trolley station located nearby at the border. Take the Blue Line Trolley towards 'America Plaza.' Get off at the 'City College' station. From there, walk east on C Street until you reach 6th Avenue. Turn left on 6th Avenue and walk until you reach the intersection with El Prado. Turn right onto El Prado, and you will see California Tower located at 1350 El Prado, right in Balboa Park.
