Getting There

  • Public Bus

    From anywhere in Tijuana, head to the nearest public bus stop. Look for the bus route that goes to the Tijuana-San Diego border crossing. The most common bus line to take is 'Ruta 2'. Once on the bus, pay the fare (around 12 pesos) and ride until you reach the border crossing at San Ysidro. After crossing the border into the United States, you will arrive at the San Ysidro Transit Center. From there, you can catch a Trolley (light rail) towards the 'Blue Line' heading toward 'Downtown San Diego'. Get off at the 'America Plaza' station.

    After getting off the trolley at America Plaza, follow the signs to transfer to the 'Orange Line' trolley towards 'Courthouse' and get off at the 'Seaport Village' stop.
