From the Tijuana International Airport, take a taxi or an Uber to the Tijuana Central Bus Station (Terminal de Autobuses de Tijuana). Once at the bus station, head to the local bus terminal within the station and look for the bus line that goes towards Rosarito. The bus will take you along the coastline. Get off at the stop closest to Avenida de la Playa. From there, walk towards the beach and continue along the coast until you reach Londres Street.

If you are near the Tijuana Cultural Center (Cecut), exit the center and head south to Avenida Revolución. Walk towards the west until you reach the beach area. Once you reach the coast, turn right and walk along the beach towards the Costa Azul area. Keep walking until you reach the intersection with Londres Street, where you will find Costa Azul at Londres 3611.

If you are in the Zona Centro (downtown Tijuana), locate the bus stop on Avenida Revolución. Take a bus labeled 'Playas' or 'Rosarito'. The ride should take about 30 minutes.
