    Make your way to the Tijuana Central Bus Station (Central de Autobuses de Tijuana). Purchase a ticket for a bus heading to San Diego, which can be purchased at the station. Once you arrive at the San Diego Bus Station, you can take a local bus (Route 8) towards Mission Bay Park. Get off at the 'Mission Bay Park' stop, and you will be within walking distance of the park.

    If you're near the Tijuana border crossing, cross into the United States at the San Ysidro border crossing. After crossing, follow signs to the San Diego Trolley station.
