Start by taking a taxi or an Uber from your location in Tijuana to the 'El Chaparral' border crossing. Once you arrive at El Chaparral, proceed to cross the border into the United States. After crossing, you will enter San Diego, California. From the border, you can take the 'Blue Line' trolley towards 'Santee Town Center'. Get off at the 'Santee Town Center' station. From there, look for the bus stop for 'San Diego Metropolitan Transit System'. Take Bus 869 towards 'Otay Lakes Rd & Proctor Valley Rd'. Get off at the 'Otay Lakes Rd & Proctor Valley Rd' stop.
