    Public Transit - Bus

    From the Centro area in Tijuana, head to the nearest bus stop and take the bus heading towards the San Ysidro border crossing. Once you arrive at the San Ysidro border, go through the customs and immigration process. After crossing into the U.S., catch the MTS Blue Line Trolley towards 'America Plaza' and get off at the 'Little Italy' station. From there, it's about a 15-minute walk to Balboa Park. Head east on W Cedar St, then turn left onto India St. Continue until you reach W Ash St, then turn right. Follow the signs to Balboa Park, and you'll reach Plaza de Panama.

    Walking

    If you are in the vicinity of Avenida Revolución, walk towards the north until you reach the Tijuana border crossing. After crossing the border into the U.S. at San Ysidro, follow the signs for pedestrian traffic. Once in San Ysidro, take the MTS Trolley Blue Line towards 'Old Town' and get off at the 'Civic Center' station. From there, it is a 20-minute walk to Balboa Park. Head northeast on 5th Ave, then make a left onto W Ash St. Continue until you reach the park entrance.
