After crossing, follow the signs to the San Diego Trolley Station. Take the Blue Line Trolley towards 'Downtown San Diego'. Get off at the 'America Plaza' station. From there, walk towards N Harbor Dr, which is about a 10-minute walk. You will find the San Diego Visitor Information Center at 996 N Harbor Dr.
