Public Bus
From anywhere in Tijuana, head to the nearest bus station. Look for the bus line that goes to the San Ysidro border crossing. Once you arrive at the border, you will go through customs. After crossing, follow the signs to the San Diego Trolley Station. Take the Blue Line Trolley towards 'Downtown San Diego'. Get off at the 'America Plaza' station. From there, walk towards N Harbor Dr, which is about a 10-minute walk. You will find the San Diego Visitor Information Center at 996 N Harbor Dr.
Taxi or Rideshare
Request a taxi or rideshare (like Uber or Lyft) from your current location in Tijuana. Provide the driver with the address: 996 N Harbor Dr, San Diego, CA 92101. The driver will take you directly to the Visitor Information Center. Make sure you have your passport ready, as you will need to go through customs at the border.
Walking
If you are near the border, walk to the San Ysidro border crossing. Cross the border on foot and proceed through customs.
