You can ask locals for 'la frontera' (the border). Once you reach the border, go through customs. After crossing into the United States, follow the signs to the San Diego Trolley station. Board the trolley towards 'America Plaza' and get off at 'Seaport Village' station. Follow the signs to Seaport Village, which is just a short walk from the trolley station.
