Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are in the downtown area of Tijuana, start by heading towards Avenida Revolución, which is a popular tourist street. From there, walk towards the Tijuana Cultural Center (Centro Cultural Tijuana or CECUT) located at Paseo de los Héroes, 5. Once you reach CECUT, continue walking on Paseo de los Héroes until you reach the intersection with Avenida Paseo del Río. Turn left onto Avenida Paseo del Río and continue walking towards the border. After about 15 minutes, you will reach the international border crossing. Cross the border into the United States, and you will be in San Diego, California. From here, you can either take a bus or walk towards Balboa Park, where the Spreckels Organ Pavilion is located. The pavilion is situated at 2125 Pan American E Rd, inside Balboa Park, approximately a 20-minute walk from the border.

  • Public Transport

    From downtown Tijuana, you can take a public bus to the border. Catch the bus at any of the stops along Avenida Revolución heading towards the border. Once you arrive at the San Ysidro border crossing, go through the necessary customs procedures. After crossing, you can board the San Diego Trolley at the San Ysidro Trolley Station. Take the Blue Line towards UTC and get off at the City College Station. From there, transfer to the Orange Line towards El Cajon and get off at the 12th & Imperial Station. Finally, walk to the Santa Fe Depot and catch a bus or trolley to Balboa Park. The Spreckels Organ Pavilion is located at 2125 Pan American E Rd, which is a short walk from the park entrance.
