Walking
If you're starting from the Tijuana Cultural Center (Centro Cultural Tijuana), head east on Paseo de los Héroes towards Avenida Revolución. Continue until you reach Avenida Revolución, then turn left (north) and walk until you reach the border crossing. After crossing into the United States at the San Ysidro Port of Entry, follow the signs that direct you towards San Diego. Once you are in San Diego, you can take the San Diego Trolley (Blue Line) from the San Ysidro Trolley Station towards the San Diego direction. Get off at the America Plaza Station. From America Plaza, walk west towards Broadway, then turn right and walk to 121 Broadway #600, where Spreckels Theatre is located.

From the Tijuana bus station (Central de Autobuses), take a bus towards San Ysidro. Upon arriving at the San Ysidro border, follow the pedestrian route across the border into the United States. Once in the U.S., head to the San Ysidro Trolley Station and take the Blue Line trolley towards San Diego. Get off at America Plaza Station. Walk west on Broadway and continue until you reach 121 Broadway #600, which is the location of Spreckels Theatre.
