Once you reach the San Ysidro border crossing, follow the signs to the pedestrian crossing. After crossing the border into San Diego, follow signs to the San Diego Trolley station. Take the Blue Line Trolley towards 'Downtown San Diego' and get off at the 'America Plaza' station. From there, it's about a 10-minute walk to The New Children’s Museum. Head east on W Broadway, then turn right onto Island Ave. The museum will be on your left at 200 W Island Ave.
