If you are in downtown Tijuana, start at the Tijuana Cultural Center (Centro Cultural Tijuana) located at Paseo de los Héroes 9350. From there, head south on Paseo de los Héroes until you reach Av. Revolución. Turn left onto Av. Revolución and walk until you reach the intersection with Calle 6. Continue straight until you reach the scenic Paseo Costero where Tijuana Boardwalk is located.
