After crossing into the U.S., you can take the MTS bus route 929 from the San Ysidro Transit Center to La Jolla. Get off at the stop closest to Torrey Pines Scenic Dr and walk approximately 10 minutes to reach the Torrey Pines Gliderport.

You can easily find a taxi in Tijuana that will take you to the San Ysidro border. After crossing into the U.S., take another taxi to La Jolla.
