The bus that goes to La Jolla is the 'Route 30' or 'Route 150' which you can catch from the San Diego bus terminal. Get off at the stop closest to Torrey Pines Golf Course, which is at 11480 N Torrey Pines Rd. The course is about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop.

Once you’re in Tijuana, you can take a taxi directly to the U.S. border crossing at San Ysidro.
