Public Transportation
To reach Tuna Harbor Park from the Tijuana border, take the San Ysidro Trolley station (just across the border). Board the Blue Line Trolley towards 'Downtown San Diego'. After about 30 minutes, get off at the 'Seaport Village' station. From there, walk towards the water, heading north on North Harbor Drive. Continue walking along the waterfront for about 0.5 miles until you reach Tuna Ln. Turn left onto Tuna Ln, and you will find Tuna Harbor Park on your left.
Walking
If you are already in downtown Tijuana, you can take a taxi or an Uber to the San Ysidro border crossing. Once you cross into the United States, proceed to the San Ysidro Trolley station. Then, follow the steps mentioned in the Public Transportation option above.
Taxi or Rideshare
You can also take a taxi or use a rideshare app like Uber from anywhere in Tijuana directly to Tuna Harbor Park. Simply set your destination to '3 Tuna Ln, San Diego, CA 92101'. The driver will take you to the border crossing, and after that, you may need to walk to the park if the driver cannot cross the border. If you have to walk, follow the instructions for walking from the San Ysidro Trolley station to Tuna Harbor Park.
