Public Transportation - Bus
If you are in Tijuana, start by heading to the nearest bus terminal. Take the bus heading towards the San Ysidro border crossing. Once you cross into the United States, continue on the bus to San Diego. You can take the MTS bus route 225 which will take you to the downtown San Diego area. Get off at the 'Broadway & 1st' stop.
