From Tijuana, take the San Diego Trolley by heading to the nearest Trolley station. Board the Blue Line towards 'America Plaza.' Once you arrive at the 'America Plaza' station, exit the trolley and head towards the pedestrian bridge that connects to the Santa Fe Depot. Walk through the depot towards Pacific Highway. Upon exiting the depot, turn left and walk north along Pacific Highway for about 0.5 miles until you reach Waterfront Park at 1600 Pacific Hwy. The park entrance should be on your right.

If you prefer walking from the Tijuana border, start at the San Ysidro Border Crossing. Once you cross into San Diego, follow the signs to 'San Diego Trolley' and head towards the 'America Plaza' station. From there, you can either take the trolley or continue walking. If walking, head north along Pacific Highway for about 0.5 miles, and you will find Waterfront Park at 1600 Pacific Hwy. It will be on your right side as you approach.
