From Tijuana, take the San Diego Trolley by heading to the nearest Trolley station. Board the Blue Line towards 'America Plaza.' If you prefer walking from the Tijuana border, start at the San Ysidro Border Crossing. Once you cross into San Diego, follow the signs to 'San Diego Trolley' and head towards the 'America Plaza' station. From there, you can either take the trolley or continue walking. If walking, head north along Pacific Highway for about 0.5 miles, and you will find Waterfront Park at 1600 Pacific Hwy. It will be on your right side as you approach.
