If you're starting from the Tijuana Cultural Center (Centro Cultural Tijuana), head south on Av. Paseo de los Héroes for about 10 minutes until you reach Av. Revolución. Turn left onto Av. Revolución and walk for about 5 minutes. The Tijuana Arch (Friendship Arch) will be on your right at Av. Revolución 728.
