Getting There

  • Bicycle

    From Tulum, you can rent a bicycle from various rental shops in the town center. Once you have your bike, head north on Avenida Tulum until you reach the intersection with Avenida Cobá. Turn left onto Avenida Cobá and continue straight for about 45 minutes. Keep an eye on your map as you approach Coba. Look for signs indicating Cenote Choo-Ha, which will be on your right after you pass the town of Coba.

  • Collective Taxi (Collectivo)

    To reach Cenote Choo-Ha by collective taxi, go to the collective taxi station located at the corner of Avenida Tulum and Calle Centauro. Take a collective taxi heading to Coba, which will cost around 50 pesos. The journey takes about 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Coba, ask the driver to drop you off at Cenote Choo-Ha, or you can walk from the main entrance of Coba ruins, which is about 15 minutes away on foot.

  • Walking

    If you are in Coba, you can walk to Cenote Choo-Ha. From the Coba ruins entrance, head south along the main road (Calle 1) until you reach the intersection with Calle 4. Turn left and continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers. Keep an eye out for signs directing you to Cenote Choo-Ha. The walk should take around 20-30 minutes.
