Getting There

  • Car

    If you're driving from Mexico City, take the Mexico-Pachuca Highway (Mexico 85D) towards Ecatepec. After approximately 40 km, take the exit for the Mexico-Texcoco Highway (Mexico 55D) and continue for about 16 km until you see signs for Teotihuacán. Follow the signs to the Zona Arqueológica de Teotihuacán, which will lead you to the parking area near Puerta Tres. Note that there is a parking fee of around 80 MXN.

    From the Terminal de Autobuses de Pasajeros del Norte (North Bus Terminal) in Mexico City, take a bus to Teotihuacán. Buses are frequent and the trip takes about 1-1.5 hours.
