If you are driving, head towards San Juan Teotihuacán. From Mexico City, take the Mexico-Pachuca highway (Route 85D) and follow the signs for San Juan Teotihuacán. Once you reach the town, follow the signs to the Pyramid of the Sun, which is located at 55800 San Juan Teotihuacán, State of Mexico. Parking is available near the entrance, and there may be a fee of approximately 30 MXN for parking.

Public Transportation - Bus
To reach the Pyramid of the Sun via public transportation, you can take a bus from the Terminal de Autobuses de Pasajeros de Pasajeros de Oriente (TAPO) in Mexico City. Look for buses heading to San Juan Teotihuacán; they typically cost around 100 MXN and take about one hour. Upon arriving at the San Juan Teotihuacán bus terminal, it's a short walk (approximately 20 minutes) to the Pyramid. Alternatively, you can take a taxi from the bus terminal to the Pyramid for about 50 MXN.

Public Transportation - Metro and Bus
Another option is to take the Metro from Mexico City. Take Line 5 (Yellow Line) to Pantitlán station, then transfer to Line 1 (Pink Line) and head towards Observatorio. From there, take a bus from the Pantitlán bus terminal to San Juan Teotihuacán. The total cost for this route will be around 30 MXN for the Metro and approximately 50 MXN for the bus. The bus will drop you off close to the Pyramid.
