If you are in the central area of Veracruz, you can walk to Muelle de Pescadores. Start from Parque Zamora, which is a popular spot. Head northeast on Calle 16 de Septiembre towards Avenida 5 de Febrero. Continue straight until you reach the waterfront along the Malecon. Turn left to follow the Malecon, and walk until you reach the Muelle de Pescadores, which will be on your right.
