Getting There

• Car

  If you're driving from a major city in Western Mexico, such as Monterrey or San Luis Potosí, you will generally follow the highway towards Laredo, Texas. From Monterrey, take the Mexico 85D highway north towards Nuevo Laredo. Once you reach the border, pass through customs and enter the U.S. Make sure to have your passport and any necessary documentation ready. After crossing the border, continue on Interstate 35 (I-35) north until you reach Laredo. From there, take the exit for US-83 Business (Bob Bullock Loop). Continue on Bob Bullock Loop and follow the signs to Lake Casa Blanca International State Park, located at 5102 Bob Bullock Loop.

• Bus

  If you're using public transportation, you can take a bus to Laredo from various cities in Western Mexico. Bus companies like ADO or Estrella Blanca offer routes to Laredo. Once you arrive at the Laredo bus station, you can either take a taxi or ride-sharing service to Lake Casa Blanca International State Park.
