From Bay City, head to the nearest bus stop and take the Bay Metro Transit bus towards Pinconning. Ensure to check the bus schedule for times. The bus will take you on a route that will drop you off near Pinconning's main area. Once you get off the bus, you will need to walk a short distance towards N Tower Beach Rd. Follow N Bay St north until it merges into N Tower Beach Rd. Continue on this road for about 5 miles until you reach Nayanquing Point State Wildlife Area, located at 1570 N Tower Beach Rd.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in Bay City. Head north on N Water St until you reach the intersection with E Midland St. Turn left onto E Midland St, which will become N Huron Rd. Follow N Huron Rd for about 7 miles until you reach the turnoff for N Tower Beach Rd. Take a right onto N Tower Beach Rd and continue for approximately 1 mile to reach Nayanquing Point State Wildlife Area at 1570 N Tower Beach Rd.

For those who enjoy walking, start from downtown Bay City. Head north on S Water St until you reach E Midland St. Turn left on E Midland St and walk towards N Huron Rd. This route is approximately 8 miles, so be prepared for a long walk. Once on N Huron Rd, follow it until you see the sign for N Tower Beach Rd. Turn right and walk about 1 mile to reach Nayanquing Point State Wildlife Area at 1570 N Tower Beach Rd.
