The bus will take you on a route that will drop you off near Pinconning's main area. Once you get off the bus, you will need to walk a short distance towards N Tower Beach Rd. Follow N Bay St north until it merges into N Tower Beach Rd. Continue on this road for about 5 miles until you reach Nayanquing Point State Wildlife Area, located at 1570 N Tower Beach Rd.
