Walking
If you are in downtown Bay City, start at the corner of Washington Avenue and Center Avenue. Head north on Washington Avenue for about two blocks until you reach the intersection with Midland Street. Turn left onto Midland Street and continue walking for approximately half a mile. You will see a sign for Birney Park on your right. Enter the park and enjoy the lush greenery and recreational facilities.

From Bay City State Park, exit onto State Park Drive and head south until you reach the main road. Take a left onto Saginaw Street and continue straight for about a mile. Once you reach Midland Street, take a right and continue for about 0.3 miles. Birney Park will be on your left. The park is bike-friendly with designated paths.

Public Transportation
If you are near the Bay City Transit Center, take the bus route that heads towards the 7th Street area. Get off at the stop near 7th Street and Saginaw Street. From there, walk east on 7th Street until you reach the intersection with Midland Street. Turn left onto Midland Street and continue for approximately half a mile. Birney Park will be on your right side.
