From Tofol, head towards the coast and locate the main road, which is called the Kosrae Coastal Road. Walk along this road heading east for about 1.5 kilometers. You'll pass several local shops and residences. Keep an eye out for the signs directing you toward hiking trails. As you approach the end of the coastal road, you will notice a trailhead on your left. This is the starting point for the hike to Boro Mountain.

Hiking
Once you reach the trailhead, begin your ascent on the marked path. The trail can be steep and might be muddy, so wear appropriate footwear. Follow the trail signs, and after about 1-2 hours of hiking, you will reach the lookout point at Boro Mountain. The views from here are spectacular, giving you a panoramic view of Kosrae. Take your time to enjoy the scenery before returning the same way or exploring other nearby trails.
