If you are staying in Kolonia, head towards the waterfront area. Start at the Kolonia Town Plaza and walk towards the east along the main road (Nan Madol Road). Continue walking for about 10-15 minutes until you reach Mangrove Bay Hotel, which is located on the right-hand side. The Pohnpei Surf and Dive Club is located on the 1st floor of the Mangrove Bay Hotel.
