Car
If you are driving, start by heading east on E Main St from your location in Big Woods. Continue straight for about 5 miles until you reach the intersection with MN-1. Turn left onto MN-1 and follow it north for approximately 12 miles. Then, take the exit toward Ely and continue straight onto E Main St. The destination, Pillow Rocks, will be at 1305 E Main St, Ely, MN 55731. There is no parking fee at the site.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, begin by taking the local bus service that runs from Big Woods to Ely. You will need to check the bus schedule for the exact times, as they may vary. Once you arrive in Ely, disembark at the main bus terminal. From there, you can either walk or use a rideshare service to reach Pillow Rocks, which is about a 15-minute walk (approximately 0.7 miles) east along E Main St, or you can request a rideshare to cover the distance. Ensure you have cash for the bus fare.
