From anywhere in the Cuyuna Range, head towards Crosby, MN. If you are coming from the Cuyuna Country State Recreation Area, take County Road 30 (Cuyuna Parkway) north until you reach Highway 6. Turn right onto Highway 6 and continue for about 3 miles. Then, turn left onto Yawkey Road. Follow Yawkey Road for approximately 1 mile, and you will see Yawkey Mine Lake on your right at 23759 Yawkey Road, Crosby, MN 56441.
Public Transportation
If you are using public transportation, first check for any local bus services that connect to Crosby, MN. You may need to take a bus to Brainerd, MN, and then transfer to a service that goes to Crosby. Once in Crosby, you can take a taxi or rideshare service to reach Yawkey Mine Lake at 23759 Yawkey Road. Be aware that public transport options may be limited, and checking the schedules in advance is advisable.
Biking
