    From any point in the Driftless Area, head towards MN-74. If you are in a nearby city such as Winona, take I-90 E towards Altura. Use exit 250 for MN-74 towards Altura. Continue on MN-74 for about 12 miles until you reach the entrance of Whitewater State Park at 19041 MN-74, Altura, MN 55910. The park entrance will be on your right. There is a vehicle entrance fee of $7 for Minnesota residents and $10 for non-residents.

From Altura, you will need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare service to reach Whitewater State Park, as there is no public transport directly to the park.
