If you're starting from downtown Duluth, walk to the nearest bus stop on 1st Avenue West. Take the DTA Bus Route 11 towards Canal Park. Stay on the bus for about 10 minutes, and get off at the Canal Park stop. From there, walk towards the waterfront. You will see the Vista Fleet building at 323 Harbor Dr, which is just a short walk along the boardwalk.
