If you are driving from any location in Lake of the Woods, start by heading south on MN-11. Continue for approximately 15 miles until you reach the junction with US-2. Take the exit onto US-2 East towards Roseau. After about 20 miles, merge onto I-29 South. Continue on I-29 South for about 45 miles. Take exit 1A to merge onto I-90 East towards Sioux Falls. Follow I-90 East for approximately 45 miles, then take exit 410 for MN-75 toward Luverne. Continue on MN-75 South for about 10 miles. Finally, turn left onto 161st St and follow the signs to Blue Mounds State Park, located at 1410 161st St, Luverne, MN 56156. Be aware that there is an entrance fee for the state park, which is typically around $7 per vehicle.
