From the center of Lutsen Mountains, head northwest on MN-61 N. Follow MN-61 for approximately 9 miles. When you reach Tofte, look for signs indicating Tofte Peak. Turn left onto Caribou Trail and continue for about 1 mile. You will see the entrance to Tofte Peak on your right. Parking is available near the trailhead.

If you are using public transportation, you can take the North Shore Transit bus service from Lutsen Mountains to Tofte.
