Walking
If you are starting from downtown Mankato, head south on S Front St toward E Main St. Continue straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with E Main St. Turn right onto E Main St and head west until you reach the intersection with S Riverfront Dr. Turn left onto S Riverfront Dr and follow this road for about 0.4 miles. You will then see Highland Complex on your left. The Ellis Avenue Gateway is located at the Highland Complex, which includes the Otto Rec Center and Highland Central. Look for signage indicating the entrance.
Public Transit
To get to Ellis Avenue Gateway using public transit, find the nearest bus stop in Mankato. You can take the Mankato City Bus, Route 2, which travels along S Front St. Board the bus and ride it to the 'Highland Complex' stop. From the bus stop, walk a short distance (about 5 minutes) east on Highland Ave toward the Highland Complex, where the Ellis Avenue Gateway is located.
Biking
If you prefer biking, you can rent a bicycle in downtown Mankato. Start by heading south on S Front St and then turn right onto E Main St. Continue straight until you reach S Riverfront Dr. Turn left and follow S Riverfront Dr for about 0.4 miles. The Highland Complex will be on your left. There are bike racks available near the entrance of the Ellis Avenue Gateway.
