From the Rice Park area, find the nearest Metro Transit bus stop. Take Bus Route 21 heading eastbound towards the Union Depot. Get off at the Kellogg Blvd & Washington St stop. Walk east on Kellogg Blvd for about 2 blocks. Kellogg Mall Park will be on your right at 62 Kellogg Blvd.
