From downtown Saint Paul, head to the nearest bus stop at 5th St & Wabasha St. Take the Metro Transit bus route 3 towards the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes until you reach the stop at 5th St & Main St in Stillwater. From there, walk east on Main St for about 0.5 miles until you reach Water St N, then turn left and walk about 0.2 miles to Lowell Park at 201 Water St N.

Bicycle
Starting from the Capitol building in downtown Saint Paul, head east on University Ave towards the Gateway State Trail. Follow the trail north until you reach the intersection with MN-36. Use the bike path to cross MN-36, continuing on the trail until you reach Stillwater. Once you arrive in Stillwater, follow the signs for Water St N, and you will find Lowell Park at 201 Water St N.

If you're near the Mississippi River in downtown Saint Paul, start at the Riverwalk near the Science Museum. Walk north along the river towards the Lake Street Bridge. Cross the bridge and continue on the path that leads you into the city of Stillwater. After about a 1.5-mile walk, you'll reach Water St N. Turn left, and Lowell Park will be on your left at 201 Water St N.
