Public Bus
If you're in downtown Saint Paul, walk to the nearest bus stop and take Metro Transit bus route 63 towards the University of Minnesota. You'll need to pay your fare before boarding. Stay on the bus for approximately 15-20 minutes, and get off at the stop at 4th St SE and University Ave SE. From there, walk east on University Ave SE for about 5 minutes until you reach the intersection with SE Main St. Turn left onto SE Main St, and Water Power Park will be on your left at 204 SE Main St.
Light Rail
Head to the nearest light rail station in downtown Saint Paul, which is the Central Station. Board the Blue Line train towards Mall of America. After about 20 minutes, transfer to the Green Line at the Target Field Station. Take the Green Line train towards the University of Minnesota. Get off at the Stadium Village Station. Walk south on SE Washington Ave, then turn right onto SE Main St. Water Power Park will be on your left at 204 SE Main St.
Biking
If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike from one of the many bike-sharing stations in downtown Saint Paul. Head east on 4th St towards the river, then follow the bike path along the Mississippi River. Continue along the river until you reach the intersection with SE Main St. Turn left onto SE Main St. Water Power Park will be on your left at 204 SE Main St.
Walking
If you are close enough and prefer walking, head east from downtown Saint Paul towards the Mississippi River. Walk along the riverfront until you reach the intersection with SE Main St. Turn left onto SE Main St, and Water Power Park will be at 204 SE Main St on your left.
