Get off at the '7th St. & Minnesota' stop. Once you exit the train, walk west on 7th Street for about three blocks until you reach the intersection with W 7th Place. Turn left (south) on W 7th Place, and you will find the Palace Theatre at 17 W 7th Pl.

For instance, take the Route 21 bus towards the Union Depot. Get off at the '7th St. & Robert St.' stop. From there, walk a short distance west along 7th Street, then turn left on W 7th Place. The Palace Theatre will be on your left at 17 W 7th Pl.
