    From downtown Saint Paul, head to the nearest Metro Transit stop. Take the Green Line light rail heading towards Minneapolis. Stay on the train for about 30 minutes until you reach the 'Target Field' station. Once you arrive, exit the station and walk towards 1st Avenue North. Continue walking northwest for about 10 minutes until you reach the Mississippi River. St Anthony Falls will be visible to your left.
