Start at the Winona Visitor Center located at 924 Huff St, Winona, MN 55987. Head southeast on Huff St toward 8th St. Turn left onto 8th St and continue for about 0.4 miles. At the intersection with Main St, turn right onto Main St and walk for another 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with W 7th St. Turn left onto W 7th St, which will become Garvin Heights Rd. Continue walking uphill for about 1.2 miles. Garvin Heights Vineyards will be on your right at 2255 Garvin Heights Rd.

From downtown Winona, walk to the nearest bus stop at Main St and 4th St. Board the Winona Transit bus (Route 2) heading towards the East End.
